I am a doctor who offloaded his general practice in the late 1990’s and went North.  In the years that have followed I have been a locum GP in rural, metropolitan practices both large and small.  It is out of all of this that I can comment effectively on various issues concerning the delivery of health care and the new things in medical treatment of patients
