General Practice as a Locum

Why is there so much sickness?

April 8, 2008 · Leave a Comment

This is a very contraversial area.  Having been a GP for a long while and also a person who believes that Jesus Christ is the Son of God.  This fundamental truth has guided me all my life.  I believe that God wants to restore mankind and creation to the original purpose for which all things were created..

I believe that there is a link between man’s behaviour in having rejected God and the sickness we seem to suffer.  I shall use this mediumof posting my ideas on the WWW so that others who think like me (and others) can share our views.  I am aware that there are many people who will disagree with my ideas but I hope that any disagreements will be positive and come up with some other alternative ideas of illness/disease otherwise I will have to conclude that such people have not thought much about these issues

As an initial statement I would like to state that a basic fundamental poiunt is the linkage between a person’s behaviour and where they stand in the Kingdom of God.  The initial contagion of the rebellion of the first man, Adam, is the seed of such behaviour for all mankind.  I shall approach this by posting comments based on Bible verses which have application to our behaviour.  So with trepidation I post this up for all to read.
